
Alfredo Lavalley is a singer and choir director. He completed his vocal studies in Mexico and further specialized in Baroque singing at the Center for Early Music in Geneva’s Conservatory. Throughout his career, Alfredo has had the privilege of performing with renowned vocal ensembles and under the guidance of esteemed conductors at international festivals. His passion for choral music extends to his role as a choir conductor, where he leads various geneva choirs and organizes enriching workshops.
Alfredo trained at the Ecole Nationale de Musique de Villeurbanne, under the guidance of Antoine Fink. He then continued his training at the Milano Choral Academy with Marco Berrini. Finally, in Switzerland, he obtains the Federal Certificate of Choir Conductor.
He has received specialized training in conducting and pedagogy of children’s voices and choirs at the SICS (Secretariat of Children’s Choirs of Catalonia) in Spain and has a position as a « Performing Art Teacher » at Collège du Léman involves guiding students in their musical journey, focusing on choir and singing.
